Senior HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Employment, dismissal of employees, preparation of labor contracts according to labor legislation.
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Maintenance of vacation spreadsheet, follow up. Calculate additional leaves as per experience, filling in, and registration of sick leave bulletin.
  • Work with the Life insurance company on reporting and updating current employees' data, new hires, and terminations in regard to compulsory life insurance and other relevant programs.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to Governmental entities.
  • Maintain and input all data into the HR System as required ensuring that the information is timely and accurate.
  • Prepare recommendation and reference letters to staff members.
  • Analyzing and preparing necessary data as per request.
  • Respond to employee inquiries in regard to HR-related issues within the job role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Able to work with Governmental Electronic Systems.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Azeri and Russian.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
