Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
• End-user support via telephone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face interaction.
• Training of users in the system’s functions.
• Verify, analyze, and update user rights.
• Perform data entry according to user requests.
• Regular monitoring and analysis of the ERP system to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in a technical field.
• Good Knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business procedures in general.
• Minimum 1 year as ERP specialist.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
